The Dairy MAX Fueled by Farmers Program offers two opportunities for school districts in dairy farming communities across the Dairy MAX Region (Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma Montana, Texas, Wyoming.)

The first opportunity is for a Fueled by Farmers Cooler to be placed in your school. The cooler is designed to be used to refrigerate milk for your student athletes. The custom branded, glass front cooler (27x31.5x81.2 inches) is the perfect way to promote chocolate milk as a recovery beverage for your student athletes. School is responsible for sourcing milk to place in the cooler. School will also be given a Fueled by Famers banner to be displayed at a sports venue on campus.

Fueled by Farmer Cooler recipients will be asked to provide the following information to Dairy MAX at the end of each semester for 2 years.

  • Number of Student Athletes who utilized the Fueled by Farmers Cooler
  • Number of milk units provided to student athletes
  • Share individual/teams successes from the semester. We want to share in your Fueled by Farmer wins.

The second opportunity is a Fueled by Farmers $2500 Milk Grant. The one time grant dollars are to be used to purchased chocolate milk for your student athletes. School will also be given a Fueled by Farmers banner to be displayed at a sports venue on campus.

Fueled by Farmer Grant recipients will be asked to provide the following information to Dairy MAX at the end of the semester in which the grant was awarded.

  • Number of Student Athletes who were served using Fueled by Farmer grant dollars
  • Number of milk units purchased with grant dollars
  • Share individual/teams successes from the semester. We want to share in your Fueled by Farmer wins.
  • Unused grant dollars can carry over to next semester. If grant dollars carry over to the next semester, we will ask that you provide the information above for that semester as well.

Grants will be evaluated based on the schools application and ability to fulfill the grant requirements. This is a one time grant.
