MILK is an initiative by Dairy MAX to develop the next generation of dairy industry leaders by providing immersive, hands-on experiences and leadership training. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of dairy checkoff, improve communication and advocacy skills, and build a strong professional network.

We are seeking 10–15 young dairy farmers from across the Dairy MAX region who are:

• Between the ages of 25–40
• Actively involved in dairy farming
• Interested in strengthening their leadership, advocacy, and communication skills
• Motivated to learn more about the dairy checkoff system
• Eager to connect with fellow emerging leaders and industry experts
