2026 Dairy MAX Scholarship Application

Dairy MAX, Inc., the local checkoff promotion organization funded by the dairy farmers offers two $2,500 academic scholarships for students entering the field of agriculture.
Dairy MAX offers three $2,500 academic scholarships for students meeting the following requirements:
- Reside in the geographic territory served by Dairy MAX which includes Colorado, southwest Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, western Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
- Graduating high school senior or undergraduate student currently enrolled in a technical school, junior college or four-year college program.
- Must be one of the following:
- Child of dairy farmer at a check off funding dairy
- Child of dairy farm employee at a check off funding dairy
Deadline for submitting application is March 31, 2026.
Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, books, or on-campus housing at a four year institution. In addition to completing the application in its entirety, the following documents must be submitted in the application form:
1. A letter of recommendation from a non-family member in the dairy industry, or letter of recommendation from FFA or 4-H agriculture leader. A form can be sent to the individual writing the of recommendation in the application.
2. Certified high school and undergraduate transcript if applicable.
3. Photograph of applicant to be used in press release announcing winner.
Recipients of the Dairy MAX scholarship will be notified of their awards by May 1, 2026.
