Eligibility for Most Valuable Coach/ Teacher (applicant must meet all 3 requirements):

• Teacher
• Coach (ages of athletes between 10-18 years old)
• Must reside in the state of Colorado

Five (5) recipients will be selected through the MVCT program to receive the following prize package provided by the Rapids. 

• One-thousand dollar ($1,000) classroom improvement grant
• Four (4) tickets to one (1) Rapids Home Game 
• Rapids gift bag 
• Commemorative plaque
• One (1) classroom pizza party  
• All winning recipients will also receive a BUILT prize pack for their athletic team provided by Dairy MAX. 

Winners’ photos and stories may be promoted by Dairy MAX. As part of the application winners will agree to permitting Dairy MAX use of their photo(s).

The submission period is March 1st, 2024- April 30th, 2024 . 

Submit your application via Submittable, and include a video (no more than 2 minutes in length) to include:

• How has the success of your program influenced the success of your students & student-athletes, and what makes your program stand out amongst the rest 
• If selected, please share how you will utilize the $1,000 to further your impact within your classroom.

* Note: If a student’s face is shown in the photo, a “Signed Photo Release” (https://dairymax.app.box.com/s/lmkq7ax24g5v4hlvl5qdhie3axdeofvo) must be submitted with the application. Submission will not be complete if the necessary student Photo Release is not received. 

 A free account must be created on Submittable prior to submission. Additional information will also be requested on the application (name, email, district, phone etc.).


Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes will run March 1st, 2024 through April 30th, 2024. The winning school will be notified by Tuesday May 7th, 2024 via email from Dairy Max representative. Winning school will notify the Dairy MAX representative by Tuesday May 14th, 2024 of their acceptance of the prize.
